Returns
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
You cannot return the following:
Damaged, stained, or modified items
Clearance or discounted items
To return an item, simply send us an email with “Return” as the subject header, that includes your full name and order number to ensure accurate refund processing. Then, just ship* the unused item to the following address:

*You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
You have 10 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
